Enjoyable stay near Munich

We recently stayed at a charming countryside hotel near Munich and had a lovely experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with bright and spacious interiors. The garden was absolutely gorgeous, adding to the overall charm of the property. The breakfast offered was delightful, although we found it slightly disappointing. However, the helpful and courteous staff made up for it, especially when we arrived late due to rain. The free wifi throughout the property was an added convenience. The hotel's own style and cosy atmosphere truly encapsulated the Bavarian countryside vibe. Despite being a bit far from the Munich city center, it's only a 20-minute car ride to P+R in Munich, making it a reasonable distance. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a peaceful retreat near Munich.

This charming Bavarian inn is an ideal base as it is in a peaceful location and only a short drive away from the Munich Fair trade center and the airport. the rooms are spotless, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. You can enjoy a fresh, rich breakfast before hitting the town. the staff is multilingual, helpful and friendly.

There is only one restaurant option, but it serves delicious Bavarian food that you shouldn't miss.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was fantastic. It is a very very family friendly hotel & the food was excellent!

Stangl is the perfect place if you want to see Munich but prefer to stay outside the City. The S-Bahn is close by so you do not have to worry about finding parking in the City. The food is great if you like the typical German food. You do need a car because there is no other way to get to Stangl unless you take a cab. The staff is is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean, If you want to sleep with open windows be prepared to listen to the nearby church informing you every fifteen minutes what time it is.

Spectacular hotel! Outstanding attention to detail in rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Modern and comfortable bathroom. Great location for day trips. Wonderful beds and friendly staff. Delicious food. Gorgeous garden and spacious rooms. Immensely helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the motorway and allowed easy access to Munich city center in about 20-30 minutes. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the Munich airport, making it a great choice for travelers.

Located in the beautiful countryside, the hotel was a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making my business trip a lot easier. The rooms were spacious, had all the necessary amenities, and were kept sparking clean. to this, the breakfast spread was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

The restaurant options were limited, and the quality of food could have been better. , there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication a bit uncomfortable at times.

Spent my Xmas holiday in this lovely family-run hotel. Two things that stood out to me were their delicious breakfast and excellent service. the location is also perfect, with easy access to Munich. the room was cozy and tastefully decorated, giving that true countryside feel.

The room was a bit smaller compared to what I'm used to, but still comfortable. the only downside was the lack of air conditioning, making it a bit difficult to sleep during hotter days.
